Dr Kalum De Silva – Senior GP Partner MD MRCS (2007) DRCOG MRCGP (2012) PG Cert SLAMEH

 Dr Kalum De Silva is an experienced GP who has been practising medicine since 2002. He began his medical career in orthopaedic surgery, gaining extensive experience at leading institutions including St George’s Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

After completing his GP training in 2012, Dr De Silva joined the practice and has remained an integral part of the team ever since. He is now a Senior GP Partner and is committed to providing high-quality, thorough and patient-centred care.

Dr De Silva has interests in Dermatology, Minor Surgery and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He provides a range of in-practice procedures, including the assessment and removal of suitable moles, cysts and skin tags, as well as joint and soft-tissue injections to help manage musculoskeletal conditions and improve mobility.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr De Silva is a qualified Educational Supervisor and has a strong interest in medical education. He is passionate about supporting and developing the next generation of GPs and other healthcare professionals, and plays an active role in training within the practice.

Having worked at the practice for more than a decade, Dr De Silva values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families and to provide continuity of care throughout different stages of their lives.
